Shalford Pipe Crossing
Located over the River Wey, Shalford, the pipe bridge supports 1no 12” IP Gas Main and 2no 12” Water Mains. Due to the location of the bridge, access was only possible via pontoon.

Brunel Bridge Rail Crossing
Essential maintenance painting works to a 240 metre, 12 inch low pressure Cadent Gas main attached to Network Rail infrastructure in Windsor, including the listed Brunel Bridge over the River Thames. Works also included pipe support upgrades and support for gas main repairs.

Twelvetrees Crescent Pipe Crossing
Maintenance painting and anti-climb measure installation to two 48 inch Cadent medium pressure gas mains spanning approximately 100 metres over Bow Creek and the River Lea at Twelvetrees Crescent.

Stoke Newington Rail Crossing
Removal of failed coal tar coating and application of protective coatings to an 18 inch medium pressure gas main over a live railway. Works included scaffold erection, earthing and bonding during a 48-hour possession, followed by blasting and painting while rail services operated below.

Beaumont delivered external painting works to fuel storage tank assets within a road fuel depot environment. Projects of this type require a careful balance of surface preparation, coating application, site access, containment and operational awareness around fuel infrastructure.

Norn Hill Rail Crossings Access Deterrent Measure Installation
Installation of access deterrent measures to 12 inch low pressure and 24 inch medium pressure gas mains spanning over a live railway. Works were completed during a 12-hour weekend road closure using negative reach MEWPs, with the possession handed back ahead of schedule.

LNG Tank Roof Painting
Protective coating programme to LNG tank crowns T301, T302, T303 and T304, delivered over four summer phases. Existing coatings were removed using 36,000 psi UHP water jetting before a GIS/PA10 protective coating system was applied to meet C5M exposure requirements.

Ongoing district governor maintenance painting programme for Cadent Gas, covering hundreds of governor rigs over more than a decade. Works included blasting to SA2.5 and application of protective coatings to GIS/PA10 specification.

Hogsmill Abandoned Pipe Crossing Removal
Removal of an abandoned 18 inch spun iron pipe crossing above the Hogsmill River walkway. The works included stakeholder liaison, encapsulated scaffold access, pipe cutting and removal, and capping of the remaining main on both sides of the river.
